We are currently only shipping to destinations within the United States and Canada.If you are ordering from outside the United States or Canada, please visit our Where to Buy page to find a dealer near you. Our international distribution partners can serve you more directly in your world region, and provide local warranty services on products you purchase from them.
All orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days via a tracked ground service.
Shipments will be by First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.
Total delivery time from placing an order until your package arrives can be between 2 to 7 business days. This is an estimate only, and not guaranteed.
We often ship within one business day of receiving your order, but not always.
When your order is ready to ship, you should get a tracking number email. Save it! Use it to track your order’s progress. It may take a day or so for the order to start moving through the shipper’s tracking system. If you do not get a tracking number within 1 to 3 business days, just contact us and we’ll get one out to you.

US Holidays and Weekends
Please note that we observe most US Holidays and our offices are closed on weekends. If you place an order when our offices are closed, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the observed holiday or weekend.
